    Hei.

Please create a new version of this addz but with many opportunities, an option box is something I miss. good program over the rest

  • I love the idea, but the actionbars need to stay open, or at least have an option (or mayb whole new version) to stay open.

combat spells dont work well when its closing on you.

at any rate its still useful as is.

the bars were never intended to stay open. its by design that they close. hopefully the new animation system will allow me to return them to their previous more useful functionality, but they will still close.

working on changing the code over to the new animation system now, hopefully have an update soon.

lol their fixes leave much to be desired on many levels ^^ but I hear ya there, although the future patch I think isn't scheduled for a couple of months (big one I think, with lots of updates including new dungeons methinks). *looks hopeful* lol nah, whenever your up to it, I dont' want the game to be a job, but something that's fun for you too :)

lol everything works out eventually, but thank you for your concern :)

blizz seems to have some intent to fix the on hover functionality in future patches so i am currently holding out for that before i do any more than the current hotfix, but hopefully soon everything will be back to normal.

sorry for the lack of responses lately, unfortunately had a lot of not so pleasant RL issues preventing me from fixing this mod lately, but i am working on it right now, the 3.08 patch did a real number on the basic functionality so a lot of code is being re-written.

most of the errors described should be fixed by hitting the reset to defaults button in the options window once. I am still learning the intricacies of the variable save system WoW uses so when i try to add new features it does some weird stuff until you reset to defaults. it loads bad data basically, and saves the bad data and continues to load it until everything gets reset to default (it forces the saving of default good data so it stops overwritting all your good saved settings with bad data).

sorry for the error messages for the most part that was all just my messy code and me never getting around to cleaning it up. the next release (coming soon) should be much cleaner and not generate any errors.

as for making the icon show your stance/aura it could be done, but it would be against the generic nature of things i am trying to keep with. i'll keep it on the list of suggestions and when i get around to overhauling the texture chooser options pannel (its pretty awful right now) i'll see if it can be done without breaking anything in a reasonable amount of effort :)

which to answer that question... to change the texture click the icon of the current texture in the top right of the options pannel, then you have to enter the name of a texture in the text box. its on the list to make a nice pretty picture chooser, but right now this functionality only exists because my little brother said the text box would be better than nothing and insisted i add it for him :)

I love this addon but it's got a couple irritating bugs.
    1) Error msg on login (previously noted).
    2) Button position & spacing are wrong on login. Have to go into the config window and fix them every time I log in.

Does anyone know how to fix these?

Thanks for this mod - would it be possible to have the icon display which aspect or aura is currently active at all?

Ok. Now that I've used it I have to say this addon is awesome. The only one I've ever found that does *EXACTLY* what I wanted it to do. I am also getting the error message referenced below (upon login). It doesn't seem to have any real impact on gameplay tho.

It might be related to the button bars staying expanded on login until I mouse over them once. Or that may be by design, I haven't used it long enough to know.

I am also available for any debugging help you may need.

    Thanks!

lol btw, (god i wish we could edit our comments, so that there would be only one "post" when we forget something lol)

I really really love this addon, and I hope there's a way to fix it :/ If you need me to, I can get the error wording by turning it on, and letting my error thing grab the message. (btw I use BaudError...he makes some awesome stuff, wow lol..mentioning it so you know what sort of info it gives out).

    *huuuuuuugs* Thank you :)
