- TOC update.
- Iceeagle pointed out that the original localizations and slash command are pointless. None of those are loaded now, although the files are still in place. The only file used now is QuestLogLevelPatch.lua
- Moecazzel kindly posted a (mostly-working) version of the update routine for 3.2, without which I would probably have just abandoned the project (hint to blizzard: hybridscrollframe documentation sucks dead monkey nuts). I've fixed a couple bugs, cleaned it up, and fixed the level numbers vanishing when scrolling.
