ProximoGrid Beta 5.0
-Total rewrite of the indicator code, it's now all class based and should be a lot easier to make new indicators.
-Fixed a lot of bugs.
-Added spell casting status.
-Fixed so it should be possible to localize more stuff.
-Added party target
-Fixed so it's not visible in AV anymore. At least till it's possible to do a better system to remove unwanted opponents.
