ThreeArmedBandit: Initial commit. Automanages offhand weapon swapping for rogues - designed to let rogues use both OH poison and Sunwell oil, because who doesn't like a free 300 AP every 45 seconds? Quick hour-before-Brutallus hackjob, lots of room for potential growth, various swap conditions, etc etc.
