- Functionality added to include all battlegrounds

- Redesigned status window

- Raid leader functionality now continues to function inside battlegrounds

- Note: users of previous versions will not be able to see the status of 2.0 users, but leaders using version 2.0 will still be able to control the AV queues of users with previous versions. (but only AV)
