Fixed a bug where the frame was showing all the time instead of only when in combat Fixed a bug where it would display the counter variable in the chat frame forgot to delete some code b4 releasing sry guys

Fixed a conflict with other addons that had the frame named "Frame1"

Fixed the problem where it wouldn't show up at all ... i pretty much revamped the coding and added a "charges:" in front of the number of charges
