    Very nice! It truly enhances OmniCC, which is a cool add-on!

    Is there a way to make the effect more visible/larger?

    Not without messing with the ani.xml file, no.

  • I too would like to modify the shine to be more conspicuous. As it is, with my scaled down buttons, the shine is hardly visible at all. I'm not afraid of messing with the xml, and have in fact tried changing what seemed to me to be the pertinent settings without any discernable effect. Admittedly I have no idea about xml-editing, just trying to use common sense. Can you (or anyone, for that matter) give me a pointer on what I need to change in the xml-file to get where I want to go?

    <Scale scaleX="2" scaleY="2" duration="0.4" order="1">
    <Origin point="CENTER" />
    </Scale>

    You want to change the scaleX and scaleY values to something higher than 2, say 5 :P

  • Been there, done that. That is what common sense told me to do, but it didn't change a thing, at least not that I can tell. I tried upping it to 10, 15, 50 and in the end 200 incrementally and I see no difference in the shine effect whatsoever (in the original ani.xml it is set at 5). I also tried changing the order="2" scale values correspondingly (minus value), but that made no difference either. I've just tried doing it again per your intructions just to be sure I wasn't dreaming before, but no go. Any ideas?

    It should be what you need to change. You need to reload your interface after you change it, though.

    What problem are you having, exactly?

    The shine animation/effect isn't happening at all. I just get the default animation when the cooldown is up.

    I'm running OmniCC 2.5.6 as well incase that helps

    I found the solution. I had to turn the finish effect duration to 0.0s

    Unfortunately, that does not tell me much. Do you get any errors in game? Are you running the most recent version of OmniCC?

    As a shaman, how do I make it shine when my Riptide CD is up?

    Mess around with the finish effect threshold slider in /omnicc.

    Not at this time, no. I may add one after the new version is out (which uses the new animation framework).
