Version 1.4

- The plugin is no longer Load-on-Demand. This ability was not working correctly, and looks to be un-fixable at this time. However the plugin should take up virtually no memory (and no CPU time at all, other than at load time) if LibExtraTip is not detected.

- Stubby is now an Optional Dependency, not required. AtlasLootReverse has been added as an Optional Dependency. This allows the plugin to work with AtlasLootReverse when Auctioneer is not installed.
