LightQueue v2.2 - Only print to chat when you actually group queue AV, instead of printing every BG popup. - Now works with join messages from PreformAVEnabler

LightQueue: v2 - Now prints in raid what BG number you get when it pops. - Now prints in Raid Warning when you join a group. (If you are promoted) - Misc shuffling of code
