  • About JPack
  •

JPack is a small but powerful addon to quickly resort/stackup your items!

Features:
1. Unlike Engbags and ArkInventory, JPack pickup and put your items in a certain order. An inventory addon is recommanded.(Bagnon, Onebag, etc.)
2. It's very very very fast.
3. Stack up automatically and smart. If you have 3 terocones in your bank and 12 in bag, addon will stack the terocones from bag to bank.

Other:
JPack_Ex: A button appears on your inventory frame!
JPack_Broker: Data broker support.

Cmd: /jpack OR /jp

Localization: deDE, enUS, koKR, zhCN, zhTW

Quick question that I can't find anywhere:

I (and presumably plenty of other users) have more than one set of equipment. Usually I'll have one alternate set of equipment in my bags so that I can change in the field, so to speak. However, I like that equipment to stay at the very bottom of my bag window, with everything else at the top. If I /jp with this equipment in my bag, my loot and vendor trash will get nicely organized while my used equipment will get thrown into complete disarray, which is a large enough inconvenience for me that it keeps me from using /jp at all.

Is it possible to configure JPack to completely ignore certain bag slots? For example, to ignore the last 16 slots or so slots of bagid #4, which are the slots where my spare equipment reside. I believe BankStack supports this feature, but I'd much prefer to use JPack if it can do the same thing.

Yeah.. this AddOn would be even epicer if you could tell it kind of where you want certain gear to go.

  • Yes, a way to ignore specific bags would be nice. I only want the addon to organize bags 1 and 2, not my backpack or 3 and 4. I have those set the way I want already. But if it could still stack those other bags, that would be nice too.

  • I agree i have a haunted momento neclace and i am terrified that every time JP reorganises my bags that i will have someone targeted and accadently click the neclace and by so doing send my neclace to the targeted player. and I also have sets of gear mine are for RP purpouses tho but i too would like to have them set aside in another pack. The suggestion tho that i have is to be some how able to choose how many slots are "locked" so that the items in those slots do not get moved from the slot they are "locked" to. that way you could "lock" as many items as you need to instead of having over ammount of slots that dont get organised. it would be kewl ty.

  • Love this addon.

    Just a little tip

    if you make the macro:

    /use Hearthstone
    /jp asc

and put it on your action bar, it will sort out your bags everytime you hearthstone. Great use of the HS summon time i think

    thanks again for the addon

Also, it doesn't seem to recognize any of the WotLK profession bags. In this case my Emerald Bag 32 slot herb bag.

Thanks for the updated fix for Bagnon 2.0. I now see the JPack button, but I have a problem where I can only click the button on the left-most edge. If I try to click/hover over the jpack button it seems to be covered by the bagnon "YouChar's Inventory" frame thing. It might just be a frame strata problem? This problem happens with the bank and key ring also.

*Oops: sorry I meant I can only click it on the *right* edge, not left.

Hi, I thought I would let you know that with the latest version of Bagnon (2.0 and beyond), the author has completely reworked his implementation. Now JPack seems to not be able to hook its button on the Bagnon frame anymore (resulting in error). Hope it can be resolved soon, thanks for the great work. :)
