Healbot using Class Cols

Please note: due to an issue affecting my internet service. Time to respond and post updates for Healbot may be affected. My isp BeUnlimited are helping to resolve this issue.

HealBot

  • HealBot allows for 60 key mouse combinations to cast any beneficial spells.
  • HealBot allows for 60 key mouse combinations to cast on disabled bars.
  • Any usable item can be added to all combos.
  • Any existing macro can be added to all combos.
  • Target, Focus and Assist can be added to all combos
  • HealBot can track and display who has aggro
  • HealBot can be used for decursive functions
  • HealBot can be used for monitoring buffs and buffing
  • HealBots appearance can be configured and preferred appearances can be saved as skins.
  • HealBot can show party/tanks/checked targets/extras in a raid, extras can be filtered and sorted.
  • HealBots in party/raid will sync incoming heals with other healers.
  • HealBot has a built in res monitor and is compatible with CTRA (CTRA not required)
  • HealBot has a SmartCast out of combat option, this will cast a spell in the following order..
  1. res
  2. decurse
  3. buff
  4. heal
  5. user setting
  • SharedMedia - This addon is designed to be used by addons, it gives additional textures, fonts and sounds.
  • SharedMediaAdditionalFonts - This addon can be used with SharedMedia to gives additional fonts.

Slash Commands

  • /hb h - display help
  • /hb o - toggles options
  • /hb d - Reset options to default
  • /hb ui - Reload UI
  • /hb ri - Reset HealBot
  • /hb t - Toggle Healbot between disabled and enabled
  • /hb skin <skinName> - Switch Skins
  • /hb tr <Role> - Allows setting which role has highest priority for SubSorts 'TANK', 'HEALER' or 'DPS'

Installing and Updating

  1. Completely log off WoW
  2. Copy the folders into your WoW Addons folder.
  3. Logon to WoW on your main Healer.
  4. As a priority you should open the options and configure spells, cures and buffs.
Updating Troubles

If you get nil errors after updating.

  1. Completely log off WoW
  2. Run the .BAT file in the Healbot addon folder, this clears old saved Healbot settings from your WTF folder.
  3. Logon to WoW on your main Healer.
  4. As a priority you should open the options and configure spells, cures and buffs.
The download contains the following folders
  • Healbot - This is the main addon
  • FuBar_HBskinFu - This is a plugin for the fuBar addon, FuBar_HBskinFu is an optional plugin for people who use fuBar.
  • TitanHealBot - This is a plugin for the Titan bar addon, TitanHealBot is an optional plugin for people who use Titan.

Before reporting bugs
  • Make sure you have the latest version
  • Run HealBot_Clean_WTF.bat in the addon directory (sets healbot to Defaults.)

To identify CPU usage of all your addons.

  • Open Options and on the general tab enable "Use CPU Profiler"
  • Go to a BG or similar, allow the profiler to run for at least 10mins.
  • Open Options and click the Info button, it will show CPU/MEM/Comms usage for all addons.

Note: Using the CPU Profiler is CPU intensive, you might experience a drop in fps. Be sure to turn it off when done.

    Hi - the add on is great, I'd like to make one request.

    Can you make it in your next update to show the "original icons" of debuffs instead of just changing the bar color?

    For example, on Deathbringer Saurfang, I'd like to actually see which person has the Mark of the Fallen Champion debuff on them, so I dont have to guess.

    I know, that some debuffs do show the original icon but a lot of them do not. Thanks!

    Anybody have any idea when I turn off the party frames I get the party frames. I also can't get the groups to be rows instead of columns. I have it set to No.columns group 5. but it still shows them as veritical.

    To start with, I have a holy paladin main and priest alt. Profiles are fine with priest but when i log with pala i always see a profile called Deadlyblow( my paladin's name ) but i didnt create it. And when i try saving binds and stuff they wont get saved, plus if i relog there will be 2 deadlyblow profiles, can u tell me what to do please?

    I tried using it on another alt and same thing as with the paladin, only seems to work on priest.. please help cuz i really like the addon...it is updated with curse client and reset to default already.

    I started having a lot of trouble with it recently also. I had to swap to a different one. Hate to link to another add-on but vuhdo is really good. Almost exactly the same.

    When I log in after stutting all the way down, my healbot bars are back in the middle of the screen everytime. I can log the bars but it dont matter. Love the program. dont think I could do as good as I do without it.

    hello i dont no if this has been fixd or not but after 3.3.5 when i or somone else dose a ready check and everyone clicks yes it comes up with an X but when ppl say no it still comes up with an X

    I have an idea for a furture update, and I hope its soon. Can you make it so you can select the number of groups healbot displays. in a 25 icc raid with 8 full groups of ppl it cramps my screen. I know you used to be able to do this but I dont know why you took out this feature. TY

    I don't know if I am doing it wrong, or what, but how do I add the custom debuffs for Halion? I type in the name, but the save button is greyed out and won't let me save the custom debuff. The only other issue is sometimes it won't let me add Dreamwalker. For instance, she is my focus, she pops up in my HB, heal heal, we wipe. Come back in. Set Dreamwalker back to my focus before we start combat and now she won't show up. Only way to fix it is a reload UI (or two...), which can take a very long time for me. So a way to prod healbot into looking again without having to reload everything? Thanks guys. Done excellent work.

    Hello, i was wondering if there's any way you can combine 2 functions to 1 healbot keybind? basically i want a 1 button NS/Healing Wave for my shaman, but i found that after linking the macro i would still have to target the player for it to work properly

    is there any way i can combine /target + NS macro to 1 bind?

    You have to use [@hbtarget] in your macro.

    So you would use

    /cast Nature's Swiftness
    /cast [@hbtarget] Healing Wave

    ok jtbalogh thanks your info help makes things easier, but i really liked when range setting actually removed the bar completely from the list, in large bg's makes things cleaner for the healer.

    I remember when i first started using healbot, the bars would totally dissapear from hb window when players are out of range, but now with a newer versions they dont do this. Is there a way to bring back that option?

    I tried everything with out-of-range transparency, inactive transperency and so on. But it never worked properly.
