Reposting of Belleron's Guild Reminder with bug fixs. The original posting no longer exists.

v1.2d-3.2 TOC Bumped

v1.2d-3.1 TOC Bumped Unguilded Characters were spammed with "not_in_guild_message is empty" whenever they changed subzones or zones. With 3.1 the function math.randomseed() was removed. The AddOn called the function on start up and stopped there. The call was removed.
