Update to LDB tooltip to wrap correctly. Update dbo to update link if it's different than what we have, this should solve some patch to patch link changes. Update non-guild and 3rd party pull work correctly.

make dbo update when ever we get a link, regardless. May solve some patch-to-patch translation problems.
make version check work as intended.

add slash command /resetltldata to enable the smooth reseting of LibTadeLinks auto gen data. There might be a slight problem after patching where the scanner dosn't properly pick _everything_ up, and may have to be run a 2nd time.
