1. Re-written from scratch including integration of new comms module.
2. Re-written interface to make it smaller and friendlier.
3. Now lists all requests by guild member.
4. Added ability to add request for a current quest or a dungeon (within 5 level above/below your current level).
5. Added key binding to show/hide guild help.

1. Fixed reply message bug (language set to common so would not work for horde);
