This addon seems great... One problem for me though. My items when linked into chat cannot be seen by me. Also when other people link theirs, i can also -NOT- see it. It appears on the chat bubble when i link it in /say and when i link it, it spams an LUA Error.

I love this addon. Never had any trouble with it so far. Although my friends who have the addon keep wishing they want some GHI gear or weapons. But to make it safe and fair, the gear won't have any stats, armor or anything, and the weapons won't do any damage, and only people with GHI can see the gear. I liked the idea my friends gave me. And if you have the GHI gear on, people without the addon will still see the regular ingame clothing you have on. That would be pretty cool... I'm not sure if it would be against the EULA so that would be a pretty tough decision. But the ideas my friend gave me really shot me up so I was wondering if you could do that in the next version of GHI. Although that might be alot of work :P.

Also, I have a question, What's LUA? Like what does it do with an item? Not really good with that sort of stuff. :D

This is really great add-on that's helped the already fantastic RP on my realm blossom even more. I do have one issue though..

Occasionally it'll do a ping on the server for something and I'll get the message- No player name '<example>' is currently playing.

I don't know what request it's doing, and I get the server message doing just about anything. The number of times it happens and when are random also. I tried adding the people to my friend's list and they do exist on my server/faction. Is there a way to stop whatever is causing me to get that message? I'd hate to be trying to whisper them or randomly group with them, etc when we have no idea who each other are O_o Thanks!

I also forgot to mention that the only other add-on I use is MRP. I disabled this and still got the error message. Sorry for the semi-comment spam ;^_^

The only thing that concerns me is what requests it's trying to send..? I'll have days where it's a rare thing and then others when it happens alot. Either way I don't have a single Wow session where it doesn't occur at least a few times o_o Thanks for replying so quickly btw :3

a more advanced equip item system would be wonderful. to be able to re-name your Weapon to "Zul'rah's Scepter" and have it actually equip it in your person, but still have the original item in the same slot, so if some other person with GHI inspects you, they would see "Zul'rah's Scepter" i would much appreciate it, thank you.

GHI is a great addon, but there's a thing I'd like it to do. I don't know if it's possible/easy to do/manageable/etc but I'd like it to have a [stopmacro] kinda possibility.

What I've been thinking to do with one of my characters is that he'll need to take a sip of some holy water every 30 min, or he'll be taken over by the scourge. I'd like that when he's starting to turn to the scourge, he'll play some emotes/sounds/stuff BUT if he takes a sip of holy water prior to the emotes/sounds/stuff they won't be played, so that no holy water => debuff comes, holy water => no debuff.

Any chances for a feature like that in the future?

The GHI and GHR add-ons have revolutionized the way we play on my server. Our guild is making its own community, shops, inns and events with our own treasure, all in the interests of furthering the roleplay. We also have a dedicated library with every book we can find.

The only problem we're seeing, is that certain UI actions, such as mounting a vehicle or attempting to file a trouble ticket results in an "illegal action" message, and offers to disable the addon or ignore the request that caused the error. That means we can't file tickets or mount vehicles without first disabling the addon.

Is this an addressed issue in the next release?

Whenever I link an item I receive an error message wich I cannot click away (If I do I just get a new one).
The error is called LUA error.

Also I can't see my own whisper when I use it.
