PlaySoundFile is buggy in WoW 2.2. It no longer plays the bell when a feign death is resisted, although the improved feign resist message is displayed immediately. I have added a second bell that is played when you are hit after feign death is resisted. So a bell will still sound but could be a while after the resist.
