Support for new Unholy spec. If you have 0/2 epidemic and SS talent choices, this mode will trigger. It will basically lead you along the 'rotation' of ps->it->ss->bs->bs->dc->dc. If lag, running from certain death, picking your nose, etc, cause you to get off the rotation... it will pull you back on track within a few cycles. I suggest changing the setting "blood over unholy+frost" to unchecked. Also you should be using Bone Shield but that's on you for now.
Will suggest horn if and only if you have nothing better to do (free global).
If you have HB glyph, it will use suggest HB for frost fever and never suggest IT.
Added back the "ignore PS" option if you roll that way as frost.
REMOVED the code that supported two different positions of the addon for your two specs. The addon now lives wherever you put it always. I couldn't reproduce the problems people were having with it resetting position, so it's back to how it was before.
