Initial support for localisation added. The user interface is still in English but the spell names used to match what goes on in the combat log are localised for French, German, Spanish and Russian. I can't test this at the moment and the translations have been lifted from http://www.wowhead.com/ a site which I thoroughly recommend. Hopefully the AddOn should operate on non-English clients now.
