Fixed config. Should work now. Still a bit buggy when stupid user tries to track a buff twice.

Config should work, but may require a /reloadui to represent current buff lists especially when you remove the first or add a buff to an empty list

started with ingame configuration => some major code redesign => add buffs through /script emitpU:AddBuff(buffId), remove with RemoveBuff(buffId). Something is buggy with my acedb implementation :(
