3.2 support.
Fixed TOC and packaging.
One can now individually disable and set minimal value for each managed cvar.
Now change one cvar at a time instead of all of them in the same time.
Do not bother changing weather density indoors.
Moved some variables out of the dataobject to reduce LDB callback triggering.
