Added a "Dire Maul Rare Spawn Announcer has been enabled correctly, use '/dmsa' for a few commands." message so it should be easier to see if the addon has been installed correctly.
Added a slash command, type "/dmspawnannouncer" or "/dmsa" to look if the addon is enabled.
Added a test function, type "/dmsa test" to act as if a rare has spawned.
Added a "Sound in background" toggling function, type "/dmsa soundinbg" to toggle the sound in background (sound while you are at another window like your browser).
Changed my name at the toc file since I name changed recently :P (Zerotoresque => Zerotorescue)
