Added a tooltip to the individual entries in the "Valid Ranks" menu, since many people misunderstood which ranks to select.
Modified the update function to select another officer if the player hasn't gotten any info since the last time they clicked the frame.
Started compiling a FAQ - so far it contains 2 questions.
