Removed tools folder. This fixes problems with Assessment.
Added a buff check. This checks if everyone in the raid is using 2 elixirs or a flask and a food buff (Well Fed).
You can have the addon automatically add a DKP adjustment per player (can be positive and negative) depending on the outcome of the buff check.
So you can give everyone that is using buffs extra DKP, or give people that aren't using them -DKP.
The slash command to start a buff check is /dkp buffs. It can also be used to do a quick check only (/dkp buffs checkonly).
