  • About Divisor
  •

Divisor shows you how much each item in a stack costs at the auction house. For example, if there were 5 motes of fire available for a 12g 50s buyout, Divisor would inform you that each mote of fire would cost you 2g 50s, and that 10 of them would cost you 25g.

Thanks for the report. Are you using Auctioneer or another mod that replaces the auction house UI? Divisor won't generally work too well with those (and usually isn't necessary as those mods will do something similar anyway).

I've seen this too, but strangely enough, I've also seen it from other add-ons that have nothing to do with the auction house too. I haven't figured it out just yet, but if it is indeed caused by Divisor, I'll post a fix as soon as possible. In the meantime, if you're seeing this, you should disable or delete Divisor.

Thank you for your prompt reply. I'm glad you are aware that some kind of issue exists.

I own guess would be the thing causing the error is a correlation with my action bar addon, BarFix, which isn't being maintained any longer. The fact that the error causing the action bars to not functions adds to this theory.

I believe that I've found the problem, and it was indeed a conflict between Divisor and a recent patch. I'm finishing testing my fix, and I'll post it tomorrow if all goes well.

Version 1.1.2 fixes two minor but annoying tooltip bugs.

Version 1.1.1 fixes a problem where price-per-unit tooltips wouldn't show up for the last item in the list on the Bid and Auction tabs.

Surprise! I've posted an update to Divisor, version 1.1. This version makes it work once more with the 3.0 patch, and also makes it work on all three tabs of the auction house, not just Browse.

Satryia -- thanks for the suggestion; it's something I'd like to consider sometime. But, if this AFP by DemonKunga does the trick, maybe I won't bother.  :)

@Satyria The feature you are looking for is part of this addon: http://wow-en.curse-gaming.com/downloads/details/4723/ I was using it for the last few days, and even though it hasn't been updated for awhile, it worked fine for me. Have fun!

Tested it, and it works! Would it be possible to have an option to replace the normal bid and buyout with the numbers your mods provide? That would possible mean you can sort for the "real" lowest price and in addition, saving time from hovering the items.

A new version of Divisor is up. Now you can choose your own items to show stack prices in addition to the items that automatically stack like Mote of Fire. Like seeing Netherweave Cloth in stacks of 20? Use /divisor stack 20 Netherweave Cloth.

Divisor is now at 1.0! The only real difference between 0.2 and 1.0 is that VgerCore is now embedded within Divisor, so you don't need a separate VgerCore folder in Interface\AddOns.

If i'm right, Auctioneer has now possibility to show value per each item in the stack. Therefore, i think Divisor is not more needed.

Auctioneer can, as well as the default Blizzard UI. I dislike Auctioneer, and the default Blizzard UI doesn't have all of the features of Divisor, but yeah, it's a lot less useful now. I still use it, so I'll still keep updating it as necessary.

Will there be an update to Divisor? I love this mod, and still use this mod.

Recently, however, I noticed that Blizzard has initiated their own version of Divisor, which I do not like so very much. Could you put out a new version which provides a feature to turn off the Blizzard default option?
