Changes: 1.26

  Added "Reset Watch window layout" reset option.
  Made Favorites window default size and Value column wider.
  Added map position and scale saving for each BG map mode.
  Changed window hiding in combat, so it will not hide if player mounted.
  Added check of riding skill for routing speed and don't use routing in Outlands if skill 300.
  Improved travel routing HUD name to show as "Fly: a to b".

  Fixed quest database problem that caused old data to be used.
  Fixed Social list addon taint.
