Added BWPacks, this will allow addons to be written that contain Class specific (and even spec specific) BuffWarns to be added without manually entering them
Buff names now match in any case (UPPER or lower or MiXeD)
Can now track Debuffs
/bw alias,Debuff Name,d0,ON,ANY,ANY
Aliases now correctly removes spaces in their names, as well as alter the alias if it already exists
BuffWarn can now monitor spell cooldowns. Count field will accept 'c0' (meaning cooldown=0 seconds) and a new cooldown menu item was added
/bw alias,Spell with Cooldown,c0,ON,ANY,ANY
Can now edit Buff Warnings with the GUI
