Changed the sound BeaconAlert makes to something a bit more noticable (to me at least).
BeaconAlert now produces a warning message when the Beacon of Light you cast on yourself expires. I found a couple of boss fights where beaconing myself was the best strategy, and I wanted the extra notification.
Added a line of Lua code (which is by default commented out) to produce a raid-style warning message when Beacon of Light expires. By default, the message comes to the chat log.
