Added slash commands: /autoquest2 and /aq2. Arguments are...
Enable: Always auto accept and turn in quests without holding down shift.
Mod: Auto accept and turn in quests while holding Shift. (Default)
Disable: Prevents the addon from auto accepting or turning in any quests.
Verbose: Displays quest info in the chat frame.
Added a verbose option that displays quest objectives in the chat frame. (Enabled by default)
Settings are saved for each character.

Quests called by the "QUEST_GREETING" event were being ignored. This is called when the player talks to NPC who have only quest options. Available and active quests will be accepted from them now.

Hooks the GossipFrame and QuestFrame OnEvent widgets instead of the OnShow functions of each frame.
