I don't know if this option exist:
The add-on can add reputation bar when we gain reputation. is it possible too remove automatically them when we reset the session?

Since the latest update, this addon appears to kill Elkano's Buff Bars, which also uses the Shared Media addon for textures (coincidence?). When logged in with both of them enabled, default buffs UI is shown and EBB seems to not exist, even slash commands such as /ebb don't work and come up with the usual "/help for a list of commands."
Occasionally when I log in with them I get an error message referencing AnyMeter and Shared Media, although I haven't been able to reproduce it and copy it.
When I log in with all my usual addons except AnyMeter, EBB shows up and works perfectly.
All this has been done with "Load out of date AddOns" ticked and the latest version of all addons concerned.
Unfortunately this renders AnyMeter unusable for me until this problem is fixed.

Apart from that I'm loving the new class colours and general look of everything :) Keep up the good work xx

Curious, I'm using Elkano's (r149) long ago too and it's working perfectly in all my chars... Moreover, EBB is using succesfully the textures that AnyMeter adds to SharedMediaLib. Without more precise information it is very little I can do.
Try to login with a char ONLY with Elkano's and AnyMeter enabled and see what happens, please.

Logged in on my pally with just AnyMeter and EBB and got a different error message, although EBB is still not showing.
    "
Interface\Addons\AnyMeter\AnyMeter.lua:215: attempt to call method 'Register' (a nil value)
    "
There you go. The last message referenced AM first and then actually referenced EBB.

Yes, you were right; LibSharedMedia is using CallbackHandler (which was not provided with AnyMeter). It worked for me because I use Altoholic addon which includes it and loads before AnyMeter and creates the library instance, so it didn't crash.
Problem solved in version 1.1.1 (well, I think =P).
Many thanks for your help. =)

"Well, bar titles have three possible colors white for unchanged values, green for increased ones, and red for decreased ones... and all bars use that logics. Btw you can see reputation bars have red color for hostile reputations, and a progressive color scale from green to blue for the friendly ones."

i see the logic behind bar titles now. but the progressive color scale from green to blue doesnt mean anything to anyone imho. please consider adding coloring like item rarity (even if it were to become optional).

about (not) saving settings, this is solved. it was just me having to understand how things worked. i thought selecting "remove" when rightclicking on a bar would remove it, period. but that way its only removed temporarily untill a change in value occurs :)

I was a little afraid that this addon would take up too much space on my interface as about the only place I could put it was the middle of the right side (if that made sense), but it works excellently! Thank you for this awesome addon! The ability to put the text in the meters into chat is nice too, although I wish it didn't put your character's name before the information.

Instead of "*Character's name* *whatever*" when you shift click the information into chat, could you have it just doing the "whatever"? I haven't really experimented with that feature too much, sorry about how nonspecific that was.

I only ran across one problem with it which might have been user error: when I was tracking the Gnome faction (Gnomeregan Exiles?) and went from honored to revered the bar for it pretty much broke, staying at honored with 131 rep to go for revered. The problem fixed itself after I zoned, but it had me scratching my head for a few minutes. I did the same with the Night Elf faction a few hours later and I didn't encounter that problem. Might've been another one of my addons interfering with it.

Didn't you take a screenshot, did you? That would help a lot.

Sorry for the extremely late reply.

No, I didn't take a screenshot, sadly. I recently got exalted on a few other factions on other characters and didn't run into the problem. Might be possible it was just my imagination as it hasn't done that again.

    a few things i noticed:
    * not all settings are saved (not even when zoning). eg. money.
    * classcoloring seems a bit off. on my screen druid is black?

    requests:
    * add a rep bar that shows rep for a faction based on current location. (maybe with the help of "diplomancer" addon?) many other rep addons out there can do this.
    * color rep bars and/or faction names like item rarity (so exalted=purple, revered=blue, honored=green, friendly=white, neutral=gray)
    * add option for bars to grow up or down from anchor.

all in all this addon is just GREAT, i have it enabled on all my toons.

I don't understand, it does it for in all my chars...

    > * classcoloring seems a bit off. on my screen druid is black?
Hahahaha! You're right! I forgot to set the druid color class xD Well, one more thing to do, thanks. And, yes, colors are just a visual approximation... I'll capture some screens to get the real colors... I promise =P

    > * add a rep bar that shows rep for a faction based on current location. (maybe with the help of "diplomancer" addon?) many other rep addons out there can do this
The addon is based on values variations, nothing to do with zone...

    > * color rep bars and/or faction names like item rarity
Well, bar titles have three possible colors white for unchanged values, green for increased ones, and red for decreased ones... and all bars use that logics. Btw you can see reputation bars have red color for hostile reputations, and a progressive color scale from green to blue for the friendly ones.

Yes, I agree, this would be great but it requires a lot of additional work, a second size grip in the top-right corner to start with. Maybe one day... I'll keep it in mind. =P

I noticed the druid class colour thing too.
Do you mean mob reactions when you talk about rep? eg hostile/neutral/friendly depending on location? As far as I know rep itself doesn't change with location.
Oh and ditto, gief bar growing from anchor! ^^

Gave this addon a lil trial run today, I must say I'm very impressed.
One thing I've noticed so far, when only tracking a few reps and mining skill and having the window locked, everytime I leave Shattrah and enter Terrokar and sometimes other zone transitions, usually after I change general channels, or get an Honor Kill I get the error message "AM.ERROR>LOCKED!" in the chat frame (I'm not tracking HKs btw).
Very lightweight and modular, love it and would love to see it expanded. Also the ability to track more things like Achievements and Statistics would be nice, maybe even custom objectives to track like number of /lol's in one session. Last of all but not least, better scaling options in the configuration panel; the corner of the window should stay in the same place when minimized/maximized and an option to reduce/increase the scale of the whole window without adjusting scales of individual options like margins.
    Keep up the good work.
