I've added a few more lines into Cat, Bear and Caster form, and finally added in lines for Tree and Bird form.

Unfortunately, I haven't yet got the Swift Flight form myself, so I can't say for sure if the mod picks it up or not - someone out there with more Gold than I will have to check that and let me know if there's a problem
