action usable not working

so, i want a graphic to show when my fear ward cooldown is complete. it seems like 'Action Usable' is the right activation type, but when i config like that, the graphic continues to display even while the spell is cooling down.

can you confirm the settings i need to make this work right?

I typed in Fear Ward (Spell correctly) and I checked these boxes....exact name and global cooldown...this maybe your problem.

I'll try to see if i can make that one I've done action usables, so maybe I can help. The creater of the program could probably help better, but if I can get around to it I'll try that one.
