flashing warning will not go off

| I am not sure if it is just me but once i pass the threat level of the tank my screen flashes red warnings around the screen. This does not turn off until i log out. I can leave the party/ leave the area and the screen continues to flash.
I have tried to turn off the warnings in the consult and the screen continues to flash. |
