Installing Spartan
1. Navigate to your World of Warcraft folder
* Usually C:\Program Files\World of Warcraft
* Keep this folder open for the duration of the install
2. In your World of Warcraft folder, create a new folder named Backup
3. Copy | Paste
* \Fonts\
* \Interface\
* \WTF\
from the \World of Warcraft\ folder
to the \World of Warcraft\Backup\ folder
4. Delete
* \Fonts\
* \Interface\
* \WTF\
from the \World of Warcraft\ folder
5. Copy | Paste
* \Fonts\
* \Interface\
* \WTF\
from the \Spartan\ folder
to the \World of Warcraft\ folder
6. Double-click on the \WTF\ folder
7. Double-click on the \Account\ folder
8. Rename the \myAccountName\ folder to your ACCOUNT name
9. Double-click the newly renamed ACCOUNT name folder
10. Rename the \myServerName\ folder to your Server name
11. Double-click the newly renamed Server name folder
12. Rename the \myCharacterName\ folder to your Character name
For multiple characters
a. Repeat step 12 as necessary, copying and naming \myCharacterName\ folder for each separate character
b. Refer to "AutoBar - Additional Character Table.txt" when configuring additional characters

Configure Specific AddOns before Initial Login
AutoBar
1. Open \WTF\Account\<yourAccountName>\SavedVariables\AutoBar.lua in Notepad or another applicable editor
2 Find line 3 containing ["myCharacterName - myServerName"]
3. Replace with ["yourCharacterName - yourserverName"] for the character you are playing and the server it is on
ex. ["Twinklefluffy - Velen"]
a. Refer to "AutoBar - Additional Character Table.txt" when configuring additional characters
Scrolling Combat Text
1. Type "/sct menu"
2. Select the Profiles tab
3. Click to highlight the player profile "Spartan"
4. Click "Load"
5. Click "Save & Close"
a. SCT's font will not load as Blizzard's default damage font, until after the first log in/log out.
b. The SPARTAN sct profile is what I personally use. However, feel free to configure SCT to your liking.
Additional Notes
* Rock (/rock) is the UI for configuring almost any loaded Ace2 AddOn

reflex88 saidDon't fret, an update will come soon. Ceramic (formerly known as Astika) is working diligently on a revamp. As I'm sure anyone who uses SPARTAN religiously would recommend visiting http://antipersonnel.org/spartan/ to keep up with the UI's current events. :)

Gigacrest saidEver since I installed this addon compilation the opening music at the login screen has stopped playing.
Today, I did the quest where Lady Sylvanys sings the Lament of the Highborn & the audio didn't play.
Anyone have any idea what may be causing this & how to fix it?

I know man...I feel your pain. I wouldn't recommend using wowaceupdater to update all the addons. But if one breaks in a patch, try isolating the addons that aren't functioning and using files.wowace.com to update only the broke ones. That's what I'm going to try and do for as long as possible anyway.

This will allow you to drag all unitframes anywhere you would like on the screen. If you want additional help alligning them symmetrically use /align to show a grid on your screen. /align again will turn it off.

Nyde saidLike I said...great mod! But Im' beginning to have problems with it. The button grid (where theres NO buttons) from time to time those empty spaces just remain glowing. Why? Its quite annoying. I have to do around 3-4 /reloadui in order to clear that mess up.

Nyde saidAstika. What I meant is update for each "individual" addon thatt Spartan has. Not Spartan itself as a whole download. This software..."WoWus". Is telling me that there are new updates for about 10 of the addons that Spartan comes with. Not sure if I should download and install them. OR...just wait for the new release of Spartan.
