download for omen and/or klhthreat meter for imac will not work as addon

so I download the way the install directions directed and when I open the folder from my desktop I get a bunch of papers with curved right top corner with a name like arrow.blp or Bindings.xml or a bunch of other pages.... I get one file in the omen called libs. I cannot figure out why this (omen or klh tm) will not work when I use dead boss mods or titan panel or atlasloot works.... I even tried to just load omen by its self and nothing.... please call me 619.781.8914 with assistance.... please... or email me timothy
