If timers are the first generation of boss mods and timer bars the second genration. Then IMBA should help push Boss Addon developers into the Third Generation involved in going beyond simple timing of abilities to providing awareness information on the actual status fight based on whether its counting mobs or keeping track of directional abilities.
Currently IMBA is mainly a Naxxramas Boss Addon series since Impervious was working on that and it was to be expected and comes with boss mods for all of Naxxramas except for Patchwerk (due to there is not much to do besides an enrage timer, I had an old PW mod for tracking OT status but wasn't so fond of it). There is though a couple addons as well for Ouro and Viscidus.
But beyond the Boss Addons there is a few additional addons such as Minimap Marker, which allows you to place markers on everyones minimap that actually move. Or tools such as Raid Icon Monitor which tracks the various targets with a Raid Icon set. As well there is Blackboard which is a strategy designing tool for the raid leader/assistants displaying maps of boss rooms and allowing for drawing and placing of symbols. I'm currently working on additional map packs for Blackboard.
For the Addons Friendly Neighbor and Tank Finder they have slash commands for targeting a unit in a macro. For Friendly Neighbor its "/targetfn #" where # is the position on the list and the same for Tank Finder except its "/targettf #". For either of the commands to work the player needs to have the corresponding window open.

Would it be possible to get a stand-alone version of the blackboard mod? My guild uses BigWigs and we'd like to stick with that for alerts and notifications, but we'd love to have the blackboard mod as a download by itself. Awesome mod! 10/10!

Groove saida first test showed that it i is not compatible to simpleminimap and i think to every other minimap mod. is there a way to fix this?

I've got an idea of how to approach it just have been slightly busy on other things.

I'm not sure how many addons you have that send tells, but last night on Grobbulus, I kept sending "You are injected!" tells in Common. I'm guessing that was due to the lua, so I went in, and found a line somewhere in there that read
SendChatMessage("You've been injected!", "WHISPER", "Common", sPlayer);
I'm guessing to just change Common to Orcish and all will be well. So, I guess, since last night was my first time using it, and none of the other bosses we did that night required tells, what other mods would I need to go into to fix this conversion from Alliance to Horde?

The other ones which send tells that I can think of though are Kel'Thuzad for Mana Explosion and I think thats it but hard to recall off top my head.
Edit: Yeah those are the only two which I have fixed for both. You just seet "Common" to nil and it autochooses the correct one. But its fun being able to speak in other languages try sometime /script SendChatMessage("The Hand of Nefarius","GUILD","DRACONIC")
