When i hover over the buffs under anyone... doesn't show tooltip

| OK... when i try and see particular tooltips for buffs... or just looking to see whether this guy's got a 100% mount, i hover over the buff/debuff and nothing shows up (what would normally be a tooltip off my cursor). | |||

alanthianaI've often had the same issue. It seems to happen randomly. Sometimes selecting someone else and going back helps, sometimes it doesn't. Also, the section for who has buffs doesn't always show properly (example, still showing a group without Arcane Brilliance, even though it was cast 30 seconds ago).
