- About Itemized Deductions (ReBorn)
Full Title =Titan Panel- Itemized Deductions (ReBorn)
- Installation Note: Please delete your TPID directory before installing v2.9 or above**
Info
Originally this mod was written by Tekkub and fixed by shadoweos(AKA Blueleaf) to work with patch 1.10+. But with patch 2.0 and BC it has been totaly rebuild from scratch, Rowaasr13 has stepped in as the main programmer/coder.
I myself hate the "I can't carry any more" message, I also hated looking at everything I had in my bags to decide what was best to drop. Well if you hate it too! THIS IS YOUR ANSWER!!
Description
This addon helps you to manage free space in your bags. If you ever searched through your inventory to find cheap junk to drop in favor of new loot or tired of manually stacking items that would take much less space, you will instantly understand how you can benefit from Itemized Deductions, because it does it all for you automatically.
Features: - List of items in your bags sorted by price, allowing you to drop cheapest item or sell it if you happen to talk to vendor at the moment. - Titan Panel integration: cheapest item and, optionally, its price and total price of all items matching your filter will be displayed on Titan Panel. Howering over will show you full list of items, sorted by price, while right-clicking on it will give you access to most of Itemized Deductions' functions. - Filters to specify what items you want to consider for drop/sale: you can filter items by quality, item type (quest, consumable, etc), or soulbound status. - Custom prices: you can set any item to use price other than vendor sell price. Right now Auctioneer buyout price is only option, but any number of those can be added on request. - Mass selling options: with just a single click you can sell to vendor either all the poor quality items or all items that match your filter. - Stacks combining: you can automatically combine all incomplete stacks of same items either in bags or in bank. - Mass mailbox operation: a command available to get mass quantites of same item from your mailbox automatically. Additionally, if those items can be stacked, they'll be automatically stacked together. Just try it after you get back dozens of expired enchanting reagents from autction.
Interface: - Titan Panel:
Most of the functions and options are available from Titan Panel Itemized Deductions' button right-click menu. Some of those options only appear when necessary: for example selling commands only show when you're talking to vendor. Additionally you can click on Itemized Deductions to open all your bags, shift-click do destroy or sell cheapest item, alt-click to ignore cheapest item for this session and alt-doubleclick to ignore it completely.
- Slash commands:
All slash commads start with /itemded, /tpid, or /tid - all those are just aliases and do exactly the same. * alwaysdrop (alias: ad) / alwaysignore (alias: ai): add or remove item from "always drop" or "always ignore list". This command is followed by word "add" for adding and "del" or "remove" or "delete" for removing for list, with item link or ID comming last. For example this command will make Ice Cold Milk always droppable, even if you've selected to drop only poor items or filtered consumables: /itemded ad add [Ice Cold Milk]. As another command this command will remove previously ignored Tough Hunk of Bread from list using its ID: /tid ai del 4540. * combine (aliases: combineall, combineallinv, combineinv) - combines all incomplete stacks in your bags, just like same function in menu. * combinebank (alias: combineallbank) - combines all incomplete stacks in your bank, just like same function in menu. Does nothing if you don't have bank window open, obviously. * getmail [ItemLink] (alias: gm) - retrieves all the selected items from mailbox, stacking them together in process. Does nothing if you don't have mailbox window open. In addition to item links you can also use item IDs if you want to put this command in macro or if you're just good at remembering them, as this can save your from finding item link every time. This command, for example, will pull all the Strange Dust out of your mailbox: /itemded gm 10940

Yamanipanuchi saidIm using the older version of this addon because IDC causes Auctioneer to scan at 1/2 the normal speed doubling the time it takes to scan the AH.
I dont see the benefit of this new addon (Cant see the info in a change log or description). So I plan on using the old versions of the addon untill I see a reason to change.

rowaasr13 said@dtracy, I've added some throttling to just released v1.05 of ItemDataCache to prevent possible overload. Check it and see if it fixes your problem. If it works for you and you know any other people with same problem, please tell them to get this new version.

rowaasr13 saidThere's seems to be issue with some data IDC needs unavailable after patch or similar event, like fresh install. When it tries to get all data at once, server stops responding after portion of data and that causes what you see. I've added some throttling at my free time at work today and right now I'm playing for several hours already and everything works fine. Expect updated version of IDC with this fix released later today or tommorow.

dtracy saidAfter searching the WoW forums it came clear that something in this addon is causing my characters to not display (I only get a shadow on the ground) and also some inventory items appear with no name in the tooltip and their icon is a big red question mark.
For now, I've had to completely remove this addon and it's lua files. I love this addon and hope that this issue will be fixed in the next update. I just wanted to inform, in case this issue has not been brought up yet. Great addon and keep up the good work!

rowaasr13 said@killkrog, I've already added a command for my local version that works same way as "/itemded alwaysdrop" command, for adding items to always ignore list. It will be obviously called "/itemded alwaysignore" and will be available in next release.
@Trumble, thanks for report. It is known problem with ItemDataCache remembering items with no sell value and resetting them right away because they have charges. It is fixed in my local version of IDC and will be available in next release.

Killkrog saidCould u please re-add the feature to show a list with all items to set them to allways-ignore-status? At the current version u may just add the lowest item (at the top of list). When all my bags full are full and I want to sell, I cant use the auto-sell feature because, for example, the 2 items at the bottom of the list are important for me and should be ignored. Very annoying...

rowaasr13 said@Trumble, please list names of several items that always appear in messages when you visit a vendor. Are those, by any chance, quest reward items with no sell value, but with charges?
People, please DO NOT COMMENT OUT ItemDataCache chatback. IDC uses some features making it more precise than any other dynamic sell value addon I've seen, but if there are errors, I need reports to fix them, not silence.
Under normal condition IDC should report about every item exactly ONCE, so those messages shouldn't be a problem. If IDC repeats messages for exactly same item, it is a sure sign that I missed something and that you should report it.

Trumble saidI know there were alot more meassages before, but I might have had more of the type of items in my bags. The ones I'm getting now are: Hallowed Wand: Random Hallowed Wand: Pirate Potion of Water Breathing
So yea, I guess its items that can't be sold, yet aren't "Quest Items" in the tooltip.
The only problem is it keeps spamming them every time we sell something, move something in the bag(while at the vendor) or talk to a vendor. Its not that big a deal, I can just wait for a fix, shouldn't be too hard to do :) Thanks :D

mig53 saidItemDataCache spam was quick fix for me - go into ItemDataCache.lua and comment out the one line in the chatback function.
However, I'm now getting the ItemDed menu when I right-click on myself in addition to the normal menu.

Trumble saidI'm not getting an error, but every time my g/f and I go to any vendor we get a bunch of <ItemDataCache> spam, for almost every item in our bags. If close the vendor window, and reopen it, it happens again with the same items. Here is a list of addons that both of us are using: AddOns:
Any help would be appreciated ^^

rowaasr13 saidYes, I've seen that myself and there was similar report on ui.worldofwar. As far as I understand this happens because you click too fast: Titan allow you do drag panels on shift-mousedown, so when you shift-click to dump item and quickly move mouse away, Titan registers that as dragging. This is intended Titan behavior, as I understand it and it can't be fixed (well, unless you just disable panel dragging in Titan sources completely).

Shadoweos said@GSCyanBloodbane Hmm That is very strange, any Idea's Rowaa? This is the first I have seen this, do you have it on top or bottom, duel bar or single? Is it skipping the same other plugin all the time (if so it might not be a poblem with TPID). try 2.06 and see if it makes a differance.

GSCyanBloodbane saidi have been using 2.05 and have noticed that the mod doesn't stay anchored in the titanbar where you put it. will go to use it to find it has drifted across the bar its on or hopped to the other bar and i have to replace it where i want it.

rowaasr13 saidYes, I know. I put it there accidentally and didn't notice, because I almost always have "load outdated" turned on. This will be fixed in next release.
