This is an updated version of LoadIT 1.34 by Ru of Frostmane (http://www.curse-gaming.com/mod.php?addid=2181).
I do not plan on doing too much to it, but I will try to keep it functioning at least.

The rest is the original description by Ru:

LoadIT was designed to allow in-game management of your addons. Using LoadIT, you can enable, disable, and load addons during gameplay. You can create profiles of addons, and switch between these profiles on-the-fly. I designed LoadIT, because I have sets of addons that I use for instances like Molten Core, Blackwing Lair, and Onyxia's Lair, but I don't care to have many of them loaded while I'm in battlegrounds, due to the amount of lag some addons create during PVP.

LoadIT provides a simple interface into all the documented, dynamic addon functions that were added as of patch 1.7. The only limitation I have found, so far, is that Blizzard hasn't provided the ability to unload an addon from memory without using /console reloadui. LoadIT will notify you when your changes require a console reload. You won't need to log out, in any case, so long as the addons were present in your /addons folder when you started WoW.exe

I've been looking for a mod like this for months; saves me tons of lag headaches from Recount and other mods since /recount standby doesn't seem to stop data collection.

    Really Nice Addon!! Thank You.

If you liked this addon you might try BaudManager to see your addons cpu and mem useage. http://wow.curse.com/downloads/details/8409/ When these two addons are used together you've got a powerful tool.

Is there something similar, which allows to select a profile on wow startup and starts then with the in the profile selected addons ?

I Love this mod. However, I want to use another mod, UserKey Bindings by Quel, and it places it's key under Loadit on the Main Menu. Is there an option to reposition Loadit on the Main Menu? Thanks

How should I use this addon? When I tried to reload ui and selected/deselected some addons, nothing changed after reload. Also I saved mage profile using save Mage, but shouldn't I see that in the menu window under profiles? Seems that this addon somehow not doing anything for me.

Well, on the live tab of the LoadIT window, you have the list of all your addons. If you select an addon here that was not previsously loaded or deselect one that was, you should get a message in the char frame telling you that the addon has been enabled/disabled and that you need to click the Reload Modules and UI button at the top of the window. After a reload of the UI the selected addon should be fully enabled/disabled.

Regarding your mage profile, note that there is a drop down on top of the profile tab of the window, where you can select either global profiles or your class specific ones.

    I hope that helps.

Do I need to load theam one by one or I can select deselect a bunch and reload only once? I've found the profiles but it was empty and ... well I will look into it, I got tired that I got the stupid profiles not loading in at all (maybe I'm alone with that one too but thats another story).

You can select/deselect as many addons as you like. No real change will take effect until you reload the UI (unless it is an addon which supports load-on-demand, but very few do, and those are marked with an LD symbol in the list of addons).

You need to save a profile using /mods savep <ProfileName> or for a class profile /mods savec <ProfileName>. Then you should see it on the profile page (you need to select your class from the drop down at the top if you have saved a class profile), and you should be able to load it (which afterwards requires a ReloadUI), or select it and edit it on the edit page.

In order to make a selection I guess the whole list of addons need to be enabled right? Now if I make a difference and make a profile, does loadit automatically loads that profile during load (for specific character profiles or maybe classes)?

No, LoadIt cannot help you during the initial load. It can only change the set of addons that are loaded once you are in the game. However, if you leave the game, whatever set of addons was active when you left, will be loaded again when you enter.

1.) in order to use this do I need all addons to be turned on by default on add-ons panel/character screen? 2.) if I turn off some addons during the game does that addons will completelly turned off or just "not using any memory" or something?

If your answer is yess to both I should use this I got plenty of addons for all kind of situations now. :)

    Saur,

I find it in poor taste that the in-game menu states "by Saur (Originally by Ru)" when you've done very little to this mod. This line should read "by Ru (Updated by Saur)".
