Map - The Carbonite map gives you all the information you need in one easy to use and flexible Google like map. Move, size or zoom it the way you like.
Quest - Blaze through quests at lightning speed and level faster than you ever thought possible. Our extensive quest database lists the location of quest objectives and turn-ins. Simply click any objective from your quest watch list and Carbonite will show you where to go. No more wasted time bouncing back and forth between a web browser and the game.
Battlegrounds - Dominate your opponents with our enhanced battleground map. See the location and names of all your teammates. UI - Windows can be moved, sized, scaled and locked. Values are saved for each character. Coexists well with most UI addons.

Kalinsias saidGreat addon. I am having one problem with it - the carbonite quest log isn't replacing the standard one. When I press the hotkey or click the Quest Log button, the standard one still pops up. Because of this, I can't really add or remove quests from the watch list. I am running WoW 2.4.1.8125. I also have ShoutBar running, but disabling it doesn't fix the Carbonite issue. Using Carbonite Quest 1.22.

Toemi saidIm having a pretty big problem. The quest log has totally disappeared from view. ive tried disabling other addons to see if there's a conflict and there isnt one, i havent tried downloading the updated version again and installing it yet but i will soon and ive tried looking in the ingame menu options, but cant find anything that is related to the problem. i NEED this addon, carbonite is my lifeline in WOW and this problem is halting my prgress.

kanezfan saidis there any way to permanently disable the little map? I would like for the big map to open when i press M and for it close when I press M again. I don't like the little map popping up on the left side of my screen.

vegaskane saidI love the program/addon I think its sweat. But I get the following error I am trying to trace down and seems to happen when I load or when I play with inven/mail or bank. So I am listing this problem on each mod area in hopes that a guru can help me solve this conflict. For someone who loves mods I run very few addons: but i picked the best of the best and would hate to uninstall any of them. Here is what I use if it helps.

And one ? about the addon< I like yours more than Questhelper ( Kept loosing the arrow) but I love how you can change the priorities on the overhead map in Qesthelper. An is there anyway to add instance maps to this thing. Cartogropher had a nice set up but was to buggy < but had nice azz instance maps. Anyway FUNCTIONALITY yours is boss, which is important. Basiclly the other 2 got ditched because of functionality/bug issues and your has stood up to the test of multiple characters in multiple areas GJ!

But when i updated the addon for 2.4 support i started to send wired msg:s in /g chatt. Like this one: CRB§36?¤&... and alot of more wired letters and symbols.
My guild is getting crazy on me so i really need to solve thi problem! plz help me

IceHunter saidWhen, on occasion, i have the small map window open - when i press ESC it maximises the map instead of bringing up the game menu - this is EXTREMELY annoying isn't there some way to prevent that?
Edited to add: It seems to be when i bring up the "Options menu" (the normal wow options menu, which is defaulted to esc" - because if i open it by mouse clicking on the button the menu also zooms to full.... ?

carboniteaddon saidI use ESC many times a day and always have the normal sized Carb map open and have never had it maximize. Might be a rare bug or maybe only in Quest.

Gimplekin saidi just started using this mod today and i like it so far, but im running into a problem. in the watched quest pane on the side of your screen, how do you remove or add quests being watched? or how do you scroll thru the list? the watched pane only shows 6 quests at a time, i have 12 or so quests in my log atm, some of witch are raid quests which i dont need tracking for and yet they're filling up the watched pane and i can't see the quests i want to watch and keep track of.

carboniteaddon saidThe watch list does not scroll. You can right click the white buttons to the left of quest names or objectives and select "Remove Watch" or right click quest icons on map and uncheck "Watch". You can also right click quest icons on map and check "Watch" to get it on the watch list. The menu button above the watch list has watch all and remove all commands.

gialllo saidI have the same problem of Gimplekin... Anyone has a solution? I have found how to remove a quest from the watched quest pane (right click on the dot near the quest and select remove from menu), but how could I add a specific quest to the watch window?

carboniteaddon saidClicking the middle mouse button on the map basically does that. It shows the current zone your are in.
Follow you is off when the mouse is over the map which it probably was when you had the map maximized.

Beefcake saidThis mod has the feel and results of a professionally developed add-on. It literally got me re-energized about playing WOW again when I downloaded it. Had absolutely no problem in upgrading to the full version, at a buck a month, given it's quality and how it added to my overall gaming experience.

carboniteaddon saidTry turning off the green button at the top of the quest watch list. That draws all watched quests on the map and if many of them have large areas then it can decrease FPS to some degree. You can also uncheck "Always show watched quest areas on map" in the quest section of the options window.
