Can we PLEASE get a reply on char copy?

So, since my previous thread got locked because it had "blue" on the topic - let me be the first to say "OH NO!" - I'm making a second one without the outrageous attempt to get our customer support to give us some feedback, even if these very same forums exist so that we can provide THEM feedback.

For the players who copied the characters before the copy reset and have the transfers as "Successful", will those very same copies arrive on the PTR or will we have to make new ones?

If the status of the transfer (not the status of registering the transfer) is completed, and you don't have the character on the PTR, you'll need to copy again. If you're only going only by the "successful" given when you activated the transfer, please check the transfer status in the character copy page.
