Blizz US > Blizz EU, WHY?

I was just wondering why is there such a difference between Blizzard US and Blizzard EU, and the US one is far far better then our european...

For example:

When you get scammed, in US you will probably get your stuff back, and the player will temporarily be banned, In EU if you get scammed, nothing happens... no item reimbursment, no ban, no nothing >.

You will find gems like " if this kind of behavior is found to be systematic from a particular individual, we will investigate further to determine what course of action should be taken."

This one's fun too: "We encourage everyone to read our FAQ in order to avoid scams."

Then also realise that when action is taken on an account in-game, we're certainly NOT going to announce it to the world. There's still such a thing as privacy.
