As the breaking news states, the realms are scheduled to return at approximately 11:00 AM PST.
As you said it's currently 12:30 PM where you are you would be in the EST timezone. The EST timezone is three hours ahead of PST, so you'll see the realms return at approximately 2:00 PM EST (your time).
Also, please don't post in all-caps as it's a violation of the forum guidelines.
Ok, according to my clock ti should have been done half an hour ago....
