What a long strange trip it is

Is Frostmourne worth $460?

To me it is worth every single penny. It's so  beautifully designed and is involved into such a dramatic part of Warcraft lore that I think I am going to have a true-sized replica of it as soon as possible.

I think Blizzard has done a good job by allowing players to purchase things like this. At the moment I only own a Wrath of the Lich King collector's Edition but I must say i don't regret for a second I made this purchase - it is this first class quality and attention to details that grabbed me when I unpacked the box. And seems like Blizzard is being very careful with stuff they create, be it a video game or accessories and I am fond of this professional approach.

So yes, despite being an employee and having average salary, which is not much in my country, owning a Legendary Sword is still worth the money it costs for me.

I completely agree with this sentiment. I've never regretted buying any of Blizzard's collectible items. They are packaged so nicely, and the quality is exceptional. I recently bought a set of WoW beer steins. Absolutely beautiful!! I am a professional bartender and this was too good to pass up!

I definitely need to save up for Frostmourne. I'm a sword collector as well and the price really isn't bad if you compare it to other swords with the same intricacy and design. Even bland-looking replica swords (*cough* LOTR *cough*) cost about the same. But I doubt you'll find this artisan craftsmanship on many swords.
