10 min CD and 35% base? You're crazy how bout you put CoS on a 5 min CD and make locks pet not silence or get rid of the slow affect on deadly thow.

What's the deal with the melee buff in tailoring? Especially since it works like enchanting rings, how many melee characters run tailoring aside from maybe druids?

Some clarification on Enraged Assault would be nice, too.
