I set left click to lifebloom, right to rejuvenation and middle to nourish (for tanks and warlocks/other aggro hogs). Alt click is set to swiftmend. Only constraint is that healbot is linked to raid groups, whereas decursive you can set a priority list (tanks, healers, aggro-hogs). Also DBM and ORA2 for raids, and sometimes recount after a spec/item change.

For balance spec, I use quartz with eclipse timers (I used to use Squawk and Awe, but it got buggy after 3,1), recount except in 25 mans, and decursive (esp. for spider wing of Naxx and AN), with healbot often left open if I need to off-heal (EoE, most of Naxx where I am not resto). DBM and ORA2 as before.

Like on a paladin, you almost need grid + clique just to be able to raid heal, because you only have 1 instant cast spell, and it has a cooldown, and no HoT's whatsoever.

My druids main spec is feral, but I sometimes switch my off spec to resto. As a resto druid you're going to be binding a LOT of buttons to get it to work, as druids have a ton of healing spells to use. But once you get the mods setup the way you like them, it'll be extremely easy to heal raids.

If a group of people need healing, you don't need to find one of them then hit wild growth, hoping you got the right person. you can just, say, shift-right click on their raid frame to cast wild growth and keep on going. no target switching and you can stay focused on the whole raid instead of going into tunnel vision mode.

I mean, healing aint "hard".

If people dont know how to heal with any other specc than resto, then the person gotta L2P. Fair and Square.

And an addon can give better ways to give warnings if anybody is on low hp, or if that person needs alittle HoT stacking (from a druid PoV).

I'd assume you were at some point new to either dps or tanking and it didn't take you long to figure out what to do. As with anything, it gets easier the more you practice it. Instead of learning resto as an 80, go back and make a low lvl same toon and lvl it to 25 or so and start healing lowbie groups through VC to learn how to manage mana etc. while constantly healing. Sure you don't have all of the abilities but it should give you a good enough "feel" for how to handle it.

For healing I use clique/sraidframes, some of these addons you can get on other sites. Lifebloomer is good for five mans only. Great healing addon there for five man, I wouldnt ever use it for raids.

For balance, pretty much Squawk and Awe, get it, its a timer. And classtimers is a must have. GL!
