Hi all,

Our developers have worked hard to resolve the dreaded "Internal Server Error 500" problems you might have experienced when attempting to upload files to our media server.

We're happy to announce that this has been resolved. We continue to monitor the media server to prevent this from happening again.


Clarification: This is regarding our website. Not the client.

    Thanks. I noticed this error 3-4 times yesterday, hope its gone for good!

    It's been impossible to update my AddOns since patch 2.4 with this error 500 again and again. I still get the error and can't do much...

    not resolved at all...been getting the goofy error msg since yesterday, and its still showing up

    Still cannot run the client. "Client should be running, but isn't."

    I tried to run it in debug mode, but no-go.

    At 11pm mountain standard time still getting the "client should be running but isnt" please fix it :(

    i keep getting a message saying "Curse client should be running but is not" what does this mean and how can i fix it!?

    still getting the error message " curse client shuold be running but it is not " this has been for a couple of days and I was wondering when this might be taken care of or what kind of actions I can take to fix this myself..........anybody got any answers?

    @Zyuu: I'm not using and I won't use the Curse Client. Do you know when the error will be fixed on the website? My AddOns are still not updated for patch 2.4 ><

    Hey there,

    Could you be a bit more specific in regards to what addons you're unable to download? As of right now we're unaware of any problems that would prevent users from downloading addons.

    @Zyuu: I haven't tried to download any AddOn. My problem is to upload my v2.4 updated AddOns. I get the Error 500 everytime I try to upload a file on the server.

    I cant log in at all on the program, but I can on the website........ Whats wrong? I have tried running as administrater and my firewall isnt up at all.... What do i do?.....

    im having trouble with questhelper. everytime i pick up loot an error pops up. i click ok but it comes up again and again only when questhelper is on

    Keep getting Failed to login even thou i have latest curse client. Can log in through portal but not by wizard account settings
