50% churn rate in 3 months. I can't see how they could possibly be happy with that. They're also operating at a loss, apparently the days when 400,000 was a profitable subscriber base are gone. Sounds like there's significant overhead and inertia in Funcom itself. If their churn rate is as high as described here I doubt they can keep a solid customer base. I hope they aren't banking on 360 being the saving grace.

It's interesting that they plan to launch two casual MMORPGs in 2009 though.

Currently operating at a loss of 7,000,000 USD per quarter with 37,000,000 in total cash. Expecting to lose 4,000,000 to break even in Q3. At least they project a positive development.

I wonder how many "subscribers" will want their money back when they discover that funcom is still getting their money even that they canceled their subs in account management....
