Talking alot without any point can be quite interesting, though not for the people listening to it, but that doesn't really matter since I just talk because I like talking even though sometimes it annoys people especially when I do runon sentences that I don't see why a runon sentance is all that big a deal since you can still understand what it means even if you don't know English all that well or aren't from an English speaking country, although then you might understand it even better since you don't have to deal with all the annoying punctuation marks and everything which doesn't seem to have any consistent rules or anything. |

World of WarCraft Administration Insanity
Recently I saw a Panda bear pet and asked in "say" what is your pets name the person replied Martin. I laughed and then made a fatal mistake! Instead of keeping it in the "say" mode I somehow hit trade channel and said "It must be Martin Lucifer Coon Day!!" The reason I said it to begin with was because it looked demonic or devilish and it's name was Martin and it looked like a raccoon. Well, almost imediatly I get people saying "reported" Now that was really strange cuz I didn't hurt anyones feelings and or threaten their ability to have fun or degrade anyone. So many hours later I get banned for three hours because it said I made a "racist" remark. I want to know how calling a Panda bear Martin Lucifer Coon construed as racist.
To me it like Sirius radio I payed for the radio (CD Disks for WoW) I pay a subscription fee same as WoW...I hear all types of comments from hard core to common dialog. If I don't care for what they are talking about or it pisses me off I change to a different channel (go to a different server) I don't call Sirius and have a station banned for three hours because I simply didn't like what I heard. They'd tell me to discontinue the service if I don't like it. How can the Administrators believe they can ban people that bleeding heart liberals or right wing anal retentives don't like or believe insulted their Panda bear? It should be the other way around...if ya don't like what ya hear change the channel or turn it off.!!! |

An Adult Game Site
I realize their are immature adults, I realize there are mature prepubescent teens. There has to be a way to control a game environment so as to filter out the idiot,holier than thou types,rude obnoxious dangerous types from a gaming system. I say have various online groups pre tested with in game instances of people talking in chat channels about different subjects in various mannerisms as well as situations where one is in a group for a quest and various things occur i.e. the character runs off with a BoP item and claims it a mistake,shoots into a frey of mobs and trains the entire area on the group,doesn't help out but gleans the rewards of the party...etc.Once the groups pass the criteria they may join the "official" game site online and have to log in with an administrator who can verify that it is the same online player who was tested. Everyone comes from different backgrounds and everyone should know that and not be personally offended if certain "bad" words are used or slang terms is used. This is the world we live in not some made up curtailed Nazi regime where if we ay a wrong word or refference a sex act or talk about our romantic exploits we get hell from those "Born Agains" who believe they know what is right and wrong. |

WoW vs Conan ! !
It will be very interresting to see, not if, but how many players WoW will lose to Conan. 20.Mai in USA, and 23.Mai Europe. I dont think I ever will stop playing WoW, but I will get Conan and try it. For what I've seen so far is the Graphic much much better than in WoW, and I am among those who set that very high. The Combat system in Conan also looked very cool, so WoW will get a big problem if they dont do anything about the BAD Graphic they have:-))
Well well, that's just what I think. Let's hear if other have another view on it. |
