I have a lvl 56 BE Prot Pally. I've been trying to find a way to get good armor/weapons. I don't always have time to do extremely long instances to get good gear. Are there any places that will support my sweet gear craving?

gamezillajust do lvl 40 instances and what ever you get sell in AH, you can make a good amount of money, then you can go to AH and shop of armor/weapons
